The Opportunity

We are looking for a sharp, highly organized Executive Assistant to join our team in Nashville. This role will primarily support Jason Tartick, CEO of Rewired Talent (approximately 90% of the time), with the remaining 10% providing occasional administrative support to our broader executive team.

This is not a traditional EA role. You will be supporting a leader who is deeply embedded in the social and digital media landscape. You will need to be just as comfortable navigating a content calendar as you are managing a packed travel schedule.

What You’ll Do

• Manage and organize Jason’s inbox, ensuring timely responses and clear prioritization of communications

• Own calendar management, scheduling meetings, calls, appearances, and personal appointments with precision

• Coordinate travel logistics including flights, hotels, and ground transportation

• Draft, proofread, and send correspondence on behalf of the CEO

• Prepare basic reports, trackers, and summaries to support business decision-making

• Support light creative tasks using tools like Canva or Adobe (asset resizing, simple graphics, etc.)

• Assist with social and digital media-related administrative tasks as needed

• Provide occasional administrative support to the broader executive team (approximately 10% of the time)

• Anticipate needs before they arise and handle a wide variety of tasks with discretion and sound judgment

What We’re Looking For

The ideal candidate brings strong EA fundamentals combined with genuine fluency in the creator economy and digital media landscape. You understand how social platforms work, follow trends in the media space, and can hit the ground running in a high-velocity environment.

Core Requirements

• Exceptional organizational skills, particularly with email and calendar management

• Reliable, responsible, and consistently punctual

• Adaptable and flexible when schedules shift or priorities change quickly

• Strong written communication skills across a variety of professional contexts

• Comfortable with basic reporting and data tracking; proficiency in Excel is a plus

• Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools for light creative support

• Solid understanding of social media platforms and the creator and influencer landscape

• High level of discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive information

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and remain calm under pressure

Nice to Have

• Prior experience supporting a C-suite executive or high-profile individual

• Background in media, entertainment, or a digital-first organization

• Familiarity with project management or productivity tools such as Notion, Asana, or Slack

Location and Schedule

This is a hybrid role based in Nashville, Tennessee. The assistant will have the flexibility to work remotely but must be available to work in person with Jason when needed. Exact in-person days will be determined, and the candidate should have genuine flexibility to accommodate that as schedules evolve.

Standard business hours apply as a baseline, with the understanding that the nature of this role and the industry we operate in sometimes calls for flexibility outside of those hours.
