Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok to increase engagement and followers.
  • Create high-quality content including graphics, videos, photography, and written posts that align with brand voice and marketing goals.
  • Manage social listening tools to monitor brand reputation, industry trends, and customer feedback for timely responses and insights.
  • Utilize Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) for graphic design projects that enhance visual storytelling.
  • Plan and oversee paid advertising campaigns on Facebook Advertising and other digital channels to maximize reach and ROI.
  • Analyze web analytics using Google Analytics and web analytics tools to measure campaign performance, refine strategies, and report on key metrics.
  • Coordinate public relations efforts by crafting press releases, managing media relationships, and supporting branding initiatives.
  • Schedule content publishing using social media management tools like Hootsuite or Buffer for consistent online presence.
  • Conduct keyword research to optimize content for SEO purposes and improve organic search rankings.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on e-commerce promotions, branding projects, and digital marketing initiatives.
  • Proofread all content to ensure accuracy, clarity, and adherence to brand standards before publication.
  • Foster strong relationship management with influencers, partners, and community members to expand reach and credibility.

Experience

  • Proven experience in social media marketing or digital marketing roles with a focus on content creation, campaign management, and analytics.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
  • Hands-on experience managing social listening tools like Brandwatch or Sprout Social is preferred.
  • Familiarity with social media management platforms such as Hootsuite or Buffer for scheduling and monitoring posts.
  • Knowledge of SEO best practices including keyword research and web analytics tools like Google Analytics.
  • Experience running paid advertising campaigns on Facebook Ads Manager or similar platforms is highly desirable.
  • Strong understanding of branding principles along with excellent proofreading skills to ensure high-quality content output.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
