Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Industrial Engineer II to support automation, data analytics, continuous improvement, and process documentation initiatives within a fast-paced lab and inventory environment. This role is ideal for an engineer who is hands-on, data-driven, and equally strong at executing improvements and documenting them for long-term sustainability. The IE II will lead and support multiple concurrent initiatives spanning automation integration, system design, space optimization, inventory flow, ergonomics, facilities coordination, and business process documentation, while ensuring key learnings are captured and shared through an eLearning or Skills Management Platform (e.g., Cornerstone, Percipio).

Required Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.

· 2+ years of relevant industrial engineering experience.

· Demonstrated continuous improvement project experience.

· Hands-on experience with automation and system integration.

· Strong data analytics and database skills (Power BI, Power Automate, SQL, Python, QuickBase or similar).

· Experience working with ERP/MRP systems (SAP preferred).

· Proven technical writing and documentation skills.

· Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a dynamic environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

· AI-enabled analytics experience.

· Lab, semiconductor, or high-tech manufacturing environment experience.

· Space planning, ergonomics, and 5S experience.

· Exposure to ISO standards and compliance-driven environments.

· Experience supporting Facilities projects.

· Familiarity with eLearning or skills management platforms (e.g., Cornerstone, Percipio).

· Experience designing, implementing, or supporting a help desk or ticketing system using tools such as Jira Service Management or ServiceNow, including workflow setup, intake forms, SLAs, and reporting.
