We are seeking a creative, data-driven, and strategically minded Social Media Manager to oversee our brand’s presence across social platforms. This role is responsible for shaping our voice online, growing our communities, and driving meaningful engagement that supports our business goals.

The ideal candidate is equal parts storyteller, strategist, and analyst who understands brand comms, culture, trends, and what makes audiences stop, engage, and share.

Responsibilities: Strategy and Planning

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive, global social media strategy aligned with brand and business objectives.
  • Create and activate an influencer strategy in partnership with Marketing.
  • Identify target audiences, content pillars, and channel-specific approaches and messaging.
  • Plan and manage the social media content calendar across all platforms.

Content Creation and Publishing

  • Write, edit, and produce high-quality content (copy, photos, short-form videos, graphics) tailored to each platform.
  • Collaborate with creative teams, agencies, or internal partners to execute campaigns.
  • Publish daily content and ensure consistent brand voice and visual identity.

Community Management

  • Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and foster a positive brand community.
  • Monitor social chatter, trends, and sentiment to inform strategy.
  • Manage social escalations and ensure timely responses.

Analytics and Reporting

  • Track and analyze performance metrics across platforms (e.g., reach, engagement, conversion).
  • Prepare monthly/quarterly reports with insights and recommendations.
  • Use analytics to optimize content and improve audience growth.

Campaigns and Collaborations

  • Lead social media campaigns, product launches, events, and cross-functional initiatives.

  • Partner with influencers, creators, and brand advocates to amplify reach.

  • Stay informed on industry trends and emerging platforms to keep strategies fresh and competitive.

  • Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field (or equivalent experience).

  • 6-8 years of professional experience managing social media for a brand or agency.

  • Strong writing, storytelling, and visual communication skills.

  • Proven ability to plan, create, and manage content across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter/X, YouTube, etc.).

  • Experience with social media analytics tools (e.g., Sprout Social, Hootsuite, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics).

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Creative and independent mindset with a passion for culture, trends, and digital innovation.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with paid social media campaigns and influencer strategy.
  • Basic design or video editing skills (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
  • Knowledge of SEO, content marketing, and broader digital strategy.
  • Understanding of crisis communication best practices on social platforms.
