Trusted by pro athletes and wellness enthusiasts alike, we’re a fast-growing brand looking for a creative, digitally fluent Social Media & Community Manager to lead our online presence and offline activations.

The Role

You will own our organic social strategy across Meta, TikTok, and YouTube, while actively managing our community. You’ll be hands-on in creating UGC videos and leveraging cutting-edge AI tools to generate lifestyle imagery and manage AI avatars. You will also represent SaunaBox on the ground at 4-5 wellness/influencer events per quarter.

Key Responsibilities

•Organic Social & Community: Manage daily posting, strategy, and community engagement across Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, and YouTube.

•Content Creation (UGC): Independently film, direct, and edit high-performing UGC-style videos that showcase SaunaBox in authentic, lifestyle-driven contexts.

•AI Creative Generation: Utilize AI tools (e.g., Higgsfield, Nano Banana Pro, Midjourney) to create hyper-realistic lifestyle images and manage external AI avatar pages.

•Event Coordination: Attend 4-5 events per quarter (wellness, influencer, brand pop-ups) to handle setup, capture live content, and network.

Qualifications

•Social Media Expertise: Proven experience growing and managing organic channels on Meta, TikTok, and YouTube.

•Video Production: Strong skills in filming and editing short-form video (CapCut, Premiere, etc.).

•AI Tool Proficiency: Hands-on experience or strong aptitude for using AI creative tools (Higgsfield, Nano Banana Pro, etc.) for image and avatar generation.

•Event Experience: Capable of coordinating logistics and capturing content in fast-paced, live event environments.

•Communication: Excellent copywriting skills and a knack for authentic community building.
