Position Overview
The Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing all marketing, communications, and community engagement strategies for Live-USA Incorporated. This role oversees the full spectrum of marketing initiatives, including digital campaigns, media relations, community programs, advertising, and brand management. The Marketing Manager ensures consistent brand messaging across all channels and collaborates with internal teams to deliver high-impact campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and revenue across the company’s diverse properties.

Responsibilities

Digital Marketing & Audience Engagement

  • Develop and implement content and campaigns to engage target audiences across all properties
  • Manage social media and email marketing campaigns with audience segmentation, automation, personalization, and performance tracking
  • Maintain and optimize website and third-party booking platforms (e.g., Expedia, Hotelbeds) for accuracy and engagement
  • Explore emerging digital channels such as SMS/text campaigns, influencer partnerships, and live activations

Community & Partnerships

  • Manage community initiatives such as the Adventure Passport and Student of the Month programs to boost visibility and engagement
  • Represent the company at local community and tourism events
  • Build and maintain relationships with local organizations, schools, and tourism partners

Media Relations & Storytelling

  • Draft and distribute press releases, media kits, and creative storytelling content
  • Conduct media outreach and cultivate influencer relationships to amplify brand coverage
  • Coordinate photography, video shoots, and creative content for marketing campaigns

Advertising & Brand Awareness

  • Execute advertising partnerships (e.g., Expedia, PLUS Media) aligned with company goals
  • Promote packages, seasonal offerings, and on-site experiences across properties
  • Track and report campaign performance to guide future strategies

Internal Collaboration & Brand Consistency

  • Collaborate with creative resources to produce on-brand collateral and promotional materials
  • Partner with operational departments (Food & Beverage, Events, Guest Services) to support marketing initiatives
  • Maintain a cohesive brand voice across all guest-facing and community-facing platforms

Additional Responsibilities

  • Keep organized records of marketing activities, campaigns, and media outreach
  • Stay current on hospitality and entertainment marketing trends, recommending innovative approaches
  • Perform other duties as needed to support the marketing function

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (preferred)
  • 3–5 years of progressive marketing, communications, or hospitality experience
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing strategies, including social media, email, content, and third-party channels
  • Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills
  • Proficiency with analytics tools (Google Analytics, CRM, social insights)
  • Highly organized, creative, and detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple projects independently
  • Strong collaborator who can work effectively across departments

Pay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour
