Marketing Manager

We are seeking a highly capable Marketing Manager to lead and execute all marketing initiatives across the company. This role requires a strong multitasker who can manage multiple marketing channels while driving growth and visibility for the brand.

The ideal candidate has proven experience growing social media accounts, managing marketing campaigns, and building a strong digital brand presence.

Responsibilities

- Lead the growth of our Instagram and TikTok accounts through strategic content planning and viral marketing.
- Plan and manage daily social media content, including short-form video, reels, and educational content.
- Oversee email marketing, including newsletters, launch campaigns, and automated flows.
- Manage digital marketing initiatives, including paid ads, funnels, and analytics.
- Develop influencer partnerships and collaborations to expand brand reach.
- Coordinate PR opportunities, including podcast placements, interviews, and media features.
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns for new product launches and company initiatives.
- Monitor performance analytics and continuously optimize growth strategies.

Qualifications

Must have proven experience managing and growing Instagram and TikTok accounts.
Strong multitasking abilities with the capacity to manage several projects simultaneously.
Experience in social media marketing, influencer marketing, and digital campaigns.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work in a fast paced entrepreneurial environment.
