About FA MERCH
FA Merch was founded by Samuel Grossman in 2021 to bring his passion of customized swag to everyone.
FAM will allow golfers and golf fans to brand their apparel and bring their own passions and dreams to a reality! Sam's passion for golf and helping others led to his creation of the Fairchild Tour Initiative in 2020.
Key Responsibilities
- Content Strategy & Creation — Develop platform-specific content strategies and produce engaging posts, short-form videos, stories, and graphics aligned with FA Merch’s brand identity.
- Social Media Management — Own daily posting, scheduling, and community engagement across platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, X, and Pinterest.
- Brand Voice & Storytelling — Maintain a consistent, compelling brand voice that resonates with our target audience and strengthens brand loyalty.
- Campaign Execution — Plan and execute social campaigns for product launches, promotions, collaborations, and seasonal events.
- Analytics & Reporting — Track KPIs, analyze performance, and provide insights to optimize content, posting cadence, and audience growth.
- Influencer & Partnership Coordination — Identify, vet, and manage influencer relationships and brand collaborations.
- Trend Monitoring — Stay ahead of platform updates, viral trends, and emerging formats to keep FA Merch culturally relevant.
- Customer Interaction — Respond to comments, messages, and community conversations in a timely, brand-aligned manner.
Qualifications
- Proven experience managing social media for a brand, agency, or personal portfolio with measurable results.
- Strong understanding of short-form video creation (Reels, TikTok) and social storytelling.
- Proficiency with content creation tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut).
- Ability to interpret analytics and translate data into actionable insights.
- Excellent writing skills with a sharp sense of tone, humor, and brand personality.
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with influencer marketing is a plus.
- Familiarity with e-commerce or merchandise brands is a bonus.

Pay: $51,140.12 - $61,588.11 per year
