Head Event Promoter – Nightlife, Sports & Luxury Events

Smart Pay Sports Club is seeking experienced Event Promoters with a background in nightclub promotion, sports events, and luxury lifestyle activations to help drive attendance and energy at our basketball games, soccer matches, VIP hospitality experiences, and high-end promotional events

This role is designed for individuals who already have established networks, nightlife promotion experience, and the ability to curate high-energy crowds for premium events. Promoters will work closely with our events and marketing team to build attendance, attract VIP guests, and help create a dynamic sports and entertainment atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities

Promoters will be responsible for building audience engagement and promoting both sports and nightlife-style experiences associated with our events, including:

• Promoting Smart Pay Sports Club basketball and soccer games
• Curating and promoting VIP guest lists and group attendance
• Promoting luxury after-parties and nightlife activations following games
• Building relationships with nightlife venues, DJs, and entertainment talent
• Driving ticket sales and VIP package sales
• Supporting sponsor activations and brand promotions
• Assisting with promotional campaigns across social media and nightlife networks
• Helping coordinate high-energy game day entertainment environments
• Bringing qualified guests, influencers, and groups to events

Event Environment

Our events combine live sports with nightlife-style entertainment and luxury hospitality, including:

• DJ-driven game day environments
• VIP hospitality lounges and suites
• Luxury promotional events and private parties
• Athlete appearances and media moments
• Brand activations and sponsorship experiences
• After-parties and entertainment programming

Qualifications

We are looking for promoters who already have experience in club promotion or high-end event promotion.

Preferred qualifications include:

• Experience promoting nightclubs, concerts, or nightlife events
• Existing guest list network or nightlife audience base
• Strong ability to bring guests and groups to events
• Understanding of VIP hosting and hospitality environments
• Strong social media presence and marketing awareness
• Professional appearance and strong communication skills
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and event nights

Compensation

• Event promotion fees
• Ticket sales commissions
• VIP table and hospitality package commissions
• Bonus incentives based on attendance and performance

Top promoters may also gain opportunities to participate in larger sports entertainment productions, brand collaborations, and special luxury events produced by Smart Pay Sports Club.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $65,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
