Marketing Specialist
Position Overview
Dink & Dine is a destination pickleball entertainment venue combining courts, food and beverage, and social events. The Marketing Specialist is responsible for executing day-to-day marketing activities that drive traffic, bookings, memberships, leagues, and events. This role focuses on digital marketing, content creation, promotions, and local partnerships to grow awareness and revenue.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage social media content calendar (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn)
- Create and coordinate photo/video content from events, leagues, and guest experiences
- Execute email marketing campaigns and promotions
- Support digital advertising campaigns (Meta, Google, local media)
- Update website content and promotions
- Coordinate marketing for leagues, tournaments, private events, and corporate bookings
- Track marketing performance and report on KPIs
- Develop local partnerships with schools, businesses, and community groups
- Assist with PR outreach and influencer engagement
- Support on-site promotions and branded events
Qualifications* 2–5 years marketing experience (hospitality, entertainment, or sports preferred)
- Strong social media and content creation skills
- Experience with digital ads and email marketing platforms
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
- Strong writing and communication skills
Comfortable working in a fast-paced hospitality environment

Compensation* Salary $55,000 - $65,000 DOE
