Job Description

About the Job

At Real Radiology we are on a mission to improve patient outcomes by ensuring our clients and radiologists have the tools, resources, and support they need to succeed. We are a physician-owned teleradiology company that is committed to seamless operations, innovative technology, and exceptional services.

Be part of a team that’s transforming healthcare through meaningful impact. Here, collaboration, passion, and adaptability drive everything we do!

The Role

Real Radiology is hiring an Account Executive to find, develop, and close new customer partnerships for our teleradiology services. This is a net-new logo role focused on hospitals, health systems, radiology groups and outpatient imaging organizations that need reliable coverage, consistent turnaround times, and a partner who can operationalize high-quality reads without disruption.

Competitors often sell “scale + 24/7 + platform.” We do that—and we differentiate by leading with clinical credibility and execution: a physician-led organization, a high-accountability operating model, and a service approach designed to feel like an extension of the customer’s radiology team (not a vendor handoff).

This position is full time and in the office during regular business hours.
