About the Role

We’re hiring a Creator Campaign Operations Manager to lead the operational delivery of high-volume creator marketing campaigns.

This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, execution-focused, and experienced in managing complex creator campaigns with multiple stakeholders, deliverables, and tight timelines.

You’ll be responsible for ensuring campaigns run smoothly from planning through final delivery while maintaining strong operational structure as campaign volume scales.

Responsibilities

  • Lead operational execution of creator marketing campaigns across TikTok and TikTok Shop
  • Own operational execution from campaign kickoff through final delivery and wrap-up
  • Manage multiple campaigns simultaneously from kickoff through completion
  • Build and maintain campaign timelines, tracking systems, and reporting workflows
  • Oversee creator deliverables including content submissions, revisions, posting schedules, and performance tracking
  • Ensure campaigns are delivered on time, on brief, and with strong execution quality across all active workstreams
  • Coordinate closely with creators, brand partners, and internal teams to ensure campaign delivery stays on schedule
  • Monitor campaign progress and quickly identify operational risks, bottlenecks, or execution issues
  • Maintain clear campaign documentation, tracking dashboards, and performance reporting across active campaigns
  • Help improve internal campaign processes, playbooks, and SOPs as campaign volume grows
  • Help lead and guide campaign team members, including campaign managers and coordinators

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in influencer marketing, creator campaign management, campaign operations, or marketing project management
  • Experience managing multiple creator campaigns simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfortable coordinating large volumes of creator deliverables and campaign assets across multiple active campaigns
  • Strong project management, workflow organization, and operational planning skills
  • Experience working with creators, agencies, and brand stakeholders
  • Highly detail-oriented with strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Prior experience mentoring or guiding junior team members is strongly preferred
  • Comfortable operating under pressure in a fast-paced, high-output campaign environment

Nice to Have

  • Experience with TikTok / TikTok Shop creator campaigns
  • Experience working at influencer marketing agencies, creator platforms, or performance marketing teams
  • Familiarity with influencer contracts, usage rights, and compliance
  • Familiarity with campaign tracking tools such as Notion, Airtable, Asana, Monday, or similar tools
  • Bilingual English / Chinese is a plus

Pay: $66,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
