Rugiet is a fast-growing, Austin-based direct-to-consumer telemedicine company reinventing men’s health. The Social & Influencer Marketing Manager will oversee the operational aspects of social media and influencer marketing, ensuring timely execution and compliance across platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Support influencer discovery and outreach by building weekly prospect lists and managing creator pipelines
  • Coordinate influencer partnerships from approval to post: timelines, deliverables, posting requirements, and go-live accuracy
  • Collect, organize, and review influencer content to ensure it meets brand standards, disclosure requirements, and healthcare compliance guidelines
  • Track influencer placements, performance, and learnings to inform future partnerships
  • Own the social content calendar across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, X, and LinkedIn
  • Schedule and publish approved content with precision—nothing late, nothing sloppy
  • Monitor comments, DMs, and audience sentiment, helping surface insights, FAQs, and potential community opportunities
  • Support collaborative posts with influencers, partners, and public figures—making sure assets, captions, and approvals are locked before publishing
  • Help foster an engaged brand community by tracking conversations, identifying emerging advocates, and flagging creator or UGC opportunities
  • Support social giveaways, contests, and community activations—executed cleanly and compliantly
  • Monitor competitor activity and platform trends to spot new ways to grow reach and relevance
  • Track key social and influencer performance metrics and compile clear, actionable reports
  • Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Creative, and Legal to keep workflows tight and campaigns moving
  • Proactively flag risks, delays, or compliance concerns before they become issues

Skills

  • 3–5+ years of hands-on experience running social media operations for a brand or agency
  • Proven ability to manage multiple platforms simultaneously with high accuracy and consistency
  • Fluency in social scheduling and management tools (Sprout, Later, Hootsuite, Buffer, Meta, TikTok Planner, etc.)
  • Experience supporting or managing influencer partnerships—organic, gifted, or paid
  • Strong understanding of platform-specific best practices and formatting requirements
  • Comfort working in regulated categories (healthcare experience is a big plus)
  • Exceptional organizational skills and obsessive attention to detail
  • Experience tracking performance metrics and turning them into actionable reporting
  • Clear communicator who collaborates well cross-functionally and escalates issues early
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or equivalent real-world experience
  • Adobe Creative Suite experience (basic formatting, resizing, or asset prep)
  • DTC, healthcare, or telehealth background
  • Understanding of SEO and social discoverability
