About the job

Who We Are: One Cooler Master

At Cooler Master, we don't just manufacture hardware; we build the backbone of the future. Cooler Master is a global technology brand driven by design, performance, and community. For over three decades, we've empowered builders, gamers, and creators around the world to shape their own experiences. Today, we're evolving beyond components—creating ecosystems and stories that connect innovation to culture. We are expanding our social team to transform the way we engage with audiences. If you live and breathe content, creativity, and cultural relevance, this is your stage.

The Role: The Voice and Host of Our NA Community Are you a community builder who understands the art of digital storytelling and the power of grassroots connections? As the NA Social Media & Brand Advocacy Manager, you will be the driving force behind Cooler Master's regional engagement while actively supporting our overarching global efforts. Reporting to the Global Social & Community Manager, you will oversee our North American social presence, working closely with our social agency, Kojo, to ensure our content hits the mark.

However, this role goes far beyond traditional social media. You will be the architect of our advocacy programs, identifying KOLs, creators, and partners to build Cooler Master's proprietary ambassador program from the ground up. You will also bring the brand to life offline, managing local office roadshows to share our technologies with the community and spearheading our collegiate outreach programs.

How You Will Make an Impact

  • Agency & Content Collaboration: Work hand-in-hand with our social agency (Kojo) to guide regional content creation, ensuring it aligns with global brand goals while authentically resonating with the North American audience.
  • Build the Ambassador Program: Identify, recruit, and manage relationships with future KOLs, creators, and brand ambassadors. You will build and scale Cooler Master's ambassador program, turning loyal fans and creators into vocal brand advocates.
  • Offline Community & Roadshows: Bring the digital community into the physical world. Plan and manage local roadshows by opening our City of Industry office to local communities, sharing our latest products, immersive tech experiences, and innovations directly with fans.
  • Collegiate Community Management: Spearhead our collegiate outreach, building dedicated communities, supporting collegiate esports and gaming clubs, and fostering brand loyalty among the next generation of builders.
  • Social Engagement & Moderation: Support global community engagement across key platforms. Maintain a consistent brand voice while adapting tone for each channel, responding to high-impact interactions, and ensuring authentic engagement.

How to Succeed in This Role

  • Be a Relationship Builder: Success requires moving beyond transactional influencer deals to foster genuine, long-term relationships with creators, KOLs, and local community leaders.
  • Bridge the Digital and Physical: You must seamlessly transition from reviewing a social media content calendar with our agency to hosting a hands-on tech showcase for college students in our office.
  • Align Regional with Global: You will need to maintain high creative output and brand consistency, actively partnering with the global team to ensure NA campaigns and local cultural relevance feed into the broader global strategy.
  • Stay Agile: You must be fast-moving, adaptable, and always connected to culture and conversation.

Education & Experience Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in social media management, community building, influencer marketing, or experiential marketing.
  • Industry: Deep understanding of gaming, tech, PC building, or enthusiast culture is required.
  • Expertise: Proven track record of managing agency relationships, launching ambassador/KOL programs, and organizing grassroots or community events.

What You'll Bring to the Team

  • The "Host" Mentality: You love bringing people together, whether you are moderating a Discord server or running an in-person office roadshow.
  • Empathetic Communication: An empathetic communicator with a passion for authentic engagement.
  • Collaborative Spirit: Positive, collaborative, and responsive under pressure.

Why Join Us?

  • Shape the Culture: You will be the face and voice of Cooler Master's community in North America, inspiring builders and creators.
  • Innovation Culture: Work with a fast-paced team that values creativity, "making it yours," and pushing the boundaries of community connection.

Cultural Fit

  • Self-driven and proactive. Does not wait for instructions or overly defined processes
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and able to create structure where none exists
  • Strong collaborator who communicates clearly and works well across regional and global teams
  • Takes ownership of problems and drives solutions to completion
  • Understands Cooler Master’s maker-focused, practical, and hands-on culture
