<Responsibilities>
- Develop and execute comprehensive social media and digital marketing strategies across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter (X), LinkedIn, and TikTok to increase brand visibility, audience engagement, and lead generation.
Create, curate, and manage high-quality content—including graphics, videos, blog posts, photography, and website content through WordPress—ensuring all materials align with the company’s brand voice, marketing goals, and SEO best practices.
Utilize social listening and analytics tools to monitor online conversations, track customer sentiment, and identify emerging trends, opportunities, and potential issues affecting the brand.
Plan, manage, and optimize social media and Google advertising campaigns, including Google Ads and Facebook Ads, to maximize reach, drive website traffic, and improve return on investment.
Monitor and analyze website and campaign performance using Google Analytics, SEO tools, and web analytics platforms to measure engagement, conversions, and overall marketing effectiveness while informing future strategies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including public relations, sales, design, and web development to maintain consistent branding and messaging across all digital channels, including company websites built on WordPress.
Build and maintain relationships with influencers, partners, media outlets, and online communities to strengthen brand reputation, expand audience reach, and support ongoing marketing and public relations initiatives.
Skills
- Proven experience in digital marketing, social media management, and content creation, with a strong track record of executing successful marketing campaigns that drive engagement and business growth.
- Hands-on experience managing and optimizing Google Ads (AdWords) campaigns, including keyword targeting, ad creation, performance monitoring, and ROI optimization.
- Strong knowledge of SEO strategies, including keyword research, on-page and off-page optimization, and website performance improvements to increase online visibility and search rankings.
- Experience managing and updating WordPress websites, including content publishing, basic site maintenance, blog management, and implementing SEO best practices.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and video editing tools to design engaging graphics and multimedia content for digital platforms.
- Skilled in using social media management and monitoring tools such as Hootsuite or Buffer to schedule content, track engagement, and monitor brand mentions and trends.
- Ability to analyze marketing performance using Google Analytics and other web analytics tools to measure traffic, user behavior, and campaign effectiveness.
- Strong graphic design skills with the ability to create visually appealing marketing materials that align with brand identity.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills to collaborate with influencers, media outlets, partners, and internal teams.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to proofread and edit marketing content to ensure accuracy, clarity, and brand consistency.
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and integrating marketing campaigns to support online sales and customer engagement.
- Experience in photography and video editing to produce professional multimedia content for social media, websites, and marketing campaigns.
