This Analyst role supporting Paid Social, is responsible for driving the execution, measurement and accuracy of paid social marketing campaigns and content. Key focus areas are enhancing the Omni return on investment, increasing traffic and growing customership.
Responsibilities
- Day-to-day execution and management of the channel, running close management and analysis of channel performance including impact on revenue, customership and creative
- Develop content plans that align with business priorities while balancing developing event/promo plans & test agenda that ladder back to business and financial objectives
- Work closely with Senior Analyst to manage and optimize Paid Social campaigns across Meta, TikTok, and emerging platforms
- Support budget projections and channel forecasting by applying current strategies and leveraging insights from historical findings
- Maintain vendor relationships for daily execution, testing and targeting within paid social channels
- Be the creative liaison for all paid social priorities ensuring flawless channel execution
- Stay close to industry/retail trends in partnership with vendors to deliver best in class examples of what's new/different and propose optimizations to drive channel forward
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including brand, finance, analytics, organic/influencer teams, read and react to drive the business
- Use paid social to increase sales and drive the customer mix for the brand
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- 2-3 years of experience in Marketing, Advertising or related field
- Retail or agency experience highly desirable
- Ability to foster relationships with internal & external teams
- Innovative mentality with intellectual curiosity
- Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint with ability to clearly explain business outcomes to leaders
- Strong analytical skills, being able to derive insights and story from large data sets
- Understanding how media mix models work preferred
Education
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
