Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive social media marketing strategies across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok to increase brand visibility and engagement.
  • Manage daily social media management tasks using tools like Hootsuite or Buffer to schedule posts, monitor interactions, and analyze performance metrics.
  • Create captivating content including graphics, videos, photography, and written posts using Adobe Creative Suite applications such as Photoshop and Illustrator.
  • Conduct social listening to monitor brand reputation, industry trends, and competitor activities; utilize insights to refine marketing tactics.
  • Optimize content for SEO by performing keyword research and integrating relevant keywords into posts to enhance organic reach.
  • Plan and execute targeted advertising campaigns on Facebook Advertising and other digital platforms to maximize ROI.
  • Coordinate with public relations teams to craft consistent branding messages and manage relationship management efforts with influencers, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Analyze web analytics through Google Analytics and web analytics tools to track campaign effectiveness; prepare reports to inform future strategies.
  • Support e-commerce initiatives by creating engaging product descriptions, promotional content, and visual assets that drive online sales.
  • Maintain a consistent brand voice across all channels while proofreading content for accuracy, clarity, and alignment with branding guidelines.

Experience

  • Proven experience in social media marketing or digital marketing roles with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns.
  • Proficiency in graphic design software including Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Adobe Creative Suite for content creation.
  • Hands-on experience managing social media management tools such as Hootsuite or Buffer.
  • Knowledge of SEO best practices, keyword research techniques, and web analytics platforms like Google Analytics.
  • Familiarity with paid advertising on Facebook Ads Manager or similar platforms for targeted campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of public relations principles and relationship management strategies within digital spaces.
  • Ability to produce high-quality visual content through photography or video editing using relevant software; experience in video editing is a plus.
