Impartner is looking for a Senior Director of Marketing will focus strategically to maintain positive market standing for the company’s solution offerings across industry analysts, prospect clients, media, existing customers, and partner networks. Managing a team responsible for delivering world-class marketing, this role will drive programs and campaigns tailored to new logo acquisition, customer upsell, and partner-influenced business growth.
With a strong background in modern B2B marketing strategies, brand experiences, messaging, and digital influence, this position plays a pivotal role in shaping the industry’s perception of the brand while telling the business story to support sales across each business channel.
At Impartner, this means you will:
Lead team responsible for brand evolution and management, corporate communications, branded events, third-party marketing, digital paid media, ABM campaigns, customer marketing, content and creative development, and website management.

Own visual identity and brand voice, setting brand standards across the business. Develop updated brand guidelines to support content communications and graphic design. Maintain updated files and manage distribution of brand assets for business use.

Own brand messaging framework, partner with product marketing to develop and update solution messaging framework to support unique value proposition at company and product level.

Drive paid, owned, and earned communication strategies to remain top of mind with prospects, industry influencers, and existing customer base. Lead GTM product launch initiatives in partnership with product marketing.

Direct brand and marketing strategy across target industries and accounts to best position solutions to ideal customer personas; meeting prospects with the right message, at the right time.

Responsible for departmental budget planning, allocation, review and approval, tracking and balancing.

Set quarterly campaign calendars spanning events, digital media, email, social, and third-party marketing to facilitate new logo growth and customer pipeline targets.

Manage all company website updates and lead team responsible for website support and maintenance. Develop and implement internal website update request process, managing routine bi-weekly sprint updates.

Review, evaluate, and modify existing marketing processes, systems, and documentation to identify efficiency, productivity, and cost-savings opportunities.

Partner with partner and alliance team to co-create a tiered partner marketing model that drives continuous joint marketing efforts through digital influence, live events, and incentives.

Stay ahead of market trends, industry conversations, and macroeconomic conditions that impact the business as well as marketing spend and planning.

- Lead team with a results-oriented mindset, striving for excellence with measurable outcomes. Set relevant KPIs across team to focus efforts on increasing product adoption, improving customer sentiment, and growing share of voice. Lead monthly team reporting for direct reports and quarterly team reporting for team at large.
What we're looking for:
- Minimum of 8 years of B2B marketing experience, with leadership roles in SaaS or enterprise technology.
- Proven success building and scaling demand generation programs that drive revenue growth.
- Experience managing multi-disciplinary marketing teams.
- Strong expertise in product marketing, brand strategy, and go-to-market execution.
- Data-driven mindset with experience managing marketing analytics and pipeline performance.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in channel, ecosystem, or partner-focused technologies (PRM, partner marketing, marketplaces, or ecosystems).
- Familiarity with enterprise SaaS go-to-market models.
- Experience working with analysts, media, and industry influencers.
