We are hiring on behalf of an innovative AI company (based in NY) building efficient, general-purpose AI systems at every scale. Founded by researchers from the MIT Computer Science and Artificial Intelligence Laboratory, the company’s mission is to create AI that respects privacy, performance, and domain-specific needs, enabling seamless adoption across both enterprise and consumer applications.

The company collaborates with leading organizations across hardware, infrastructure and inference, including AMD, Shopify and Qualcomm.

ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Growth Marketer, you'll own the company's top-of-funnel, from content strategy and SEO to community campaigns and in-person activations. You'll work closely with the founding team to design and run growth experiments across channels, building awareness for the company’s models and products among developers, enterprise buyers and AI enthusiasts.

This role is ideal for someone who understands the AI and tech landscape, moves quickly and has a track record of creating campaigns that gain traction and scale.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Design and execute growth experiments across owned, earned, and paid channels, including social media, UGC, content marketing, and community campaigns
• Plan and manage in-person growth activations including events, meetups, and brand partnerships that drive awareness within AI and developer communities
• Own SEO and content strategy, produce and distribute content that ranks on traditional and AI-powered search platforms and reaches the right technical and enterprise audiences
• Build and manage performance dashboards to track experiment results, channel ROI, and growth metrics for weekly reporting to leadership
• Develop and manage distribution partnerships with influencers, developer communities, and partner channels to extend organic reach
• Identify and test new growth opportunities, including emerging platforms, viral formats, and untapped developer or enterprise audience segments

REQUIREMENTS (Must-Have)

• 2+ years of experience in a growth, marketing, or content role, ideally at a startup or high-growth tech company
• Proven track record of executing campaigns that drove measurable audience or revenue growth
• Strong content instincts, ability to create content that resonates with technical and AI-focused audiences
• Experience managing paid social campaigns and multiple ad accounts
• Strong analytical skills, ability to build dashboards, track experiments and make data-driven decisions
• Available to work full-time, in-person in New York City, NY

Nice-to-Have

• Familiarity with the AI, developer tools, or foundation model ecosystem
• Experience building and growing a personal or brand social following
• Launched a side project, product, or community that gained organic traction
• Active in online communities such as Reddit, Discord, Hacker News, or Product Hunt
• Prior founder experience or early employee at a venture-backed startup

Pay: $140,000.00 - $180,000.00 per year
