Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and energetic In-Store Influencer to elevate our brand presence and engage customers in our retail locations. As an In-Store Influencer, you will serve as a passionate ambassador, creating authentic connections with shoppers and inspiring them through your expertise and enthusiasm. Your role will focus on amplifying our brand story, driving product awareness, and fostering a lively shopping environment that encourages customer interaction and loyalty. Duties

  • Engage with customers on the sales floor, sharing product knowledge and demonstrating features to spark interest and excitement
  • Develop compelling content for in-store displays, social media platforms, and digital channels to showcase products and promotions
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to execute multichannel campaigns that blend in-store experiences with online outreach
  • Utilize social media marketing skills to promote store events, new arrivals, and special offers, increasing foot traffic and online engagement
  • Assist in implementing SEO strategies for local search visibility and optimize content for platforms like WordPress and Google Analytics
  • Support advertising sales efforts by creating attractive visual content using Adobe Creative Suite tools such as Photoshop and Illustrator
  • Conduct research on market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities to inform marketing strategies
  • Use marketing automation tools to streamline email marketing campaigns, track analytics, and measure performance marketing success
  • Contribute to product management by providing customer feedback that influences inventory decisions and promotional planning
  • Maintain a lively store atmosphere by coordinating print advertising displays and supporting digital marketing initiatives like Facebook Advertising and Google AdWords

Experience

  • Proven experience in social media marketing, digital marketing, or content creation within a retail or brand environment
  • Familiarity with SEO best practices, Google Analytics, Google AdWords, and marketing automation platforms
  • Strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) for content development and visual storytelling
  • Knowledge of e-commerce platforms such as WordPress or similar CMS tools; basic HTML skills are a plus
  • Experience in B2B (business-to-business) marketing or performance marketing is advantageous
  • Ability to analyze data insights to optimize campaigns and improve engagement metrics
  • Excellent copywriting skills for crafting compelling messages across multiple channels
  • Demonstrated ability to manage budgets for promotional activities and advertising campaigns
  • Strong research skills to stay ahead of market trends and customer needs
  • Passionate about sales, product management, and creating memorable customer experiences that drive brand loyalty
  • Must be Bilingual English & Spanish

Pay: $9.00 - $12.00 per hour
