We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Influencer Marketing Specialist to elevate our brand presence through strategic influencer collaborations and digital marketing initiatives. In this role, you will develop and execute influencer campaigns across multiple channels, harnessing the power of social media marketing, content marketing, and performance marketing to drive engagement, brand awareness, and sales. Your expertise in digital marketing tools and analytics will be essential in optimizing campaigns, managing budgets, and delivering measurable results that align with our overall marketing objectives. This internship offers an exciting opportunity to shape our influencer strategy and make a significant impact in the competitive online market. This internship can be used towards college requirements and be used for a resume position or full time position after graduation.

Duties

  • Develop comprehensive influencer marketing strategies that align with brand goals, incorporating SEO, social media marketing, and multichannel marketing tactics
  • Identify, vet, and build relationships with influencers across platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and more to maximize reach and engagement
  • Coordinate content creation efforts, ensuring alignment with brand messaging while leveraging Adobe Creative Suite for visual assets when needed
  • Manage influencer campaigns from inception through execution, tracking performance metrics using Google Analytics and other analytics tools to optimize ROI
  • Collaborate with product management and sales teams to integrate influencer initiatives into broader advertising sales efforts and product launches
  • Oversee campaign budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources across print advertising, digital channels, and paid social media efforts like Facebook Advertising and Google AdWords
  • Conduct research on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging platforms to keep campaigns innovative and effective
  • Utilize marketing automation tools to streamline outreach, follow-ups, reporting, and campaign management processes
  • Prepare detailed reports on campaign performance including insights from Google Analytics and other analytics platforms to inform future strategies

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in digital marketing with a focus on influencer marketing or social media marketing
  • Strong understanding of SEO principles, content marketing strategies, and multichannel marketing approaches
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) for content development
  • Hands-on experience with advertising sales techniques including Facebook Advertising, Google AdWords, and print advertising methods
  • Knowledge of WordPress and basic HTML for content management and website integration
  • Familiarity with analytics tools such as Google Analytics for tracking campaign success
  • Excellent research skills combined with copywriting abilities to craft compelling messaging
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail within budget constraints
  • Strong communication skills for building relationships with influencers and internal teams alike
