Community Manager

Position Overview

We are seeking an energetic and creative Customer Relations & Content Specialist who will help elevate our dental clinic’s brand presence, patient experience, and social media visibility.

This role combines customer interaction, influencer partnerships, and content creation to showcase our dental transformations and bring new patients to the clinic.

The ideal candidate is confident on camera, highly social, organized, and capable of building relationships with patients and influencers while creating engaging digital content.

Key ResponsibilitiesPatient Experience & Client Interaction

• Welcome and interact with patients during their visits
• Ensure patients feel comfortable and excited about their smile transformation
• Encourage satisfied patients to participate in testimonial videos or social media content
• Assist patients with before-and-after photo opportunities

Content Creation & Social Media

• Capture photos and videos of procedures, patient reactions, and clinic activity
• Create short-form content for Instagram, TikTok, and Reels
• Work with doctors and staff to film educational and promotional content
• Help maintain a consistent and engaging social media presence

Influencer Partnerships

• Identify and connect with local influencers
• Coordinate influencer visits and promotional collaborations
• Organize influencer treatment experiences and document the process
• Build relationships with influencers who align with the brand

Brand Visibility

• Assist with creating content that highlights:
• Smile transformations
• Patient testimonials
• Behind-the-scenes clinic moments
• Educational dental tips
• Help position the clinic as a premium aesthetic dental brand

Marketing Collaboration

• Work closely with management and marketing teams
• Assist with campaign launches, promotions, and content strategies
• Track engagement and growth across social media platforms

QualificationsRequired

• Experience with social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Reels)
• Comfortable speaking on camera
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Energetic personality with strong social skills
• Ability to interact confidently with patients and influencers

Preferred

• Experience in dental, aesthetic, or medical clinic environment
• Experience managing influencer partnerships
• Basic video editing skills (CapCut, Canva, etc.)
• Understanding of social media trends

Compensation

Base Salary: Competitive (based on experience)
