We're looking for a creative, socially savvy, and community-driven Marketing Intern to join our growing team. This is a hands-on role where you'll contribute directly to the growth of our house brands by producing compelling content, managing our social media presence, coordinating influencer partnerships, and organizing grassroots campaigns and local community events. Key Responsibilities

Content Creation

  • Develop engaging short-form video content (Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts) and static posts for our brand accounts
  • Write copy for social captions, email campaigns, product descriptions, and promotional materials
  • Assist in producing photo and video assets for product launches and ongoing campaigns
  • Maintain a consistent brand voice and visual identity across all content

Social Media Management

  • Schedule and publish content across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and other platforms using social media tools
  • Monitor comments, DMs, and brand mentions — engage with our community authentically
  • Track performance metrics (reach, engagement, follower growth) and report weekly insights
  • Assist with paid social content testing and A/B strategies alongside the marketing lead

Influencer Marketing

  • Research and identify micro and macro influencers aligned with our brand values and target audiences
  • Assist with outreach, relationship management, and coordination of gifting and collaboration campaigns
  • Track influencer deliverables, post performance, and audience feedback
  • Help build and maintain an internal influencer database and partnership tracker

Grassroots Campaigns & Community Events

  • Help plan, organize, and execute local pop-ups, sampling events, and brand activations
  • Coordinate logistics including vendor outreach, event setup, and on-site presence
  • Support street-level marketing initiatives such as flyering, community partnerships, and local sponsorships
  • Capture real-time content at events for social media and marketing use

What We're Looking For

Must-Haves

  • Genuine passion for social media, wellness culture, and alternative lifestyle brands
  • Strong written communication skills and an eye for design and aesthetics
  • Comfort with short-form video creation — you know how trends work and aren't afraid to be on camera
  • Organized, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Nice-to-Haves

  • Experience with tools like Canva, CapCut, Later, Hootsuite, or similar platforms
  • Existing social media following or content creation portfolio
  • Experience with event planning or community organizing
  • Knowledge of the supplement or alternative wellness space
