Creator & Community Support

Location: Hybrid, Baltimore
Type: Internship(Part-Time)

Hybrid schedule: 2 days onsite, 2 days remote per week.

Compensation: $600/month
Work Authorization: Open to candidates eligible for CPT/OPT

Role Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive social media operations intern to support the daily operations. This role will work closely with the team to help manage creator communication, campaign coordination, and platform performance tracking. The ideal candidate is highly organized, comfortable working in fast-paced social media environments, and passionate about the TikTok creator ecosystem. This internship provides hands-on experience in creator operations, influencer marketing, and social media campaign execution.

Key Responsibilities

1. Creator & Community Support

• Support creator outreach, invitation tracking, and follow-up communication
• Help maintain creator onboarding records, status tracking, and creator database
• Monitor creator content performance and ensure campaign requirements are met

2. TikTok LIVE Operations

• Support daily operations related to TikTok LIVE events and creator activations
• Assist with scheduling livestream collaborations, PK sessions, and special campaigns
• Track livestream performance metrics including viewer engagement, gifting activity, and watch duration
• Help compile post-live summaries and performance insights

3. TikTok GO Operations

• Assist with operational coordination for TikTok GO campaigns and creator posts
• Track creator participation, content submissions, and campaign milestones
• Maintain internal tracking sheets for creator status and campaign performance
• Support campaign performance monitoring

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Media, or related fields
• Strong interest in TikTok, social media, influencer marketing, or creator ecosystems
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Comfortable working with spreadsheets and basic data tracking
• Strong written communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
