Orthodontic Marketing & Outreach Coordinator

We’re searching for a Orthodontic Marketing & Outreach Coordinator to represent our practice both inside the office and throughout the community. If you’re energized by meeting new people, building partnerships, and bringing creative marketing ideas to life, this role is perfect for you.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

Community Outreach (Outside Office):

• Build and manage relationships with schools, local businesses, youth sports programs, gyms, and community organizations.
• Attend and staff community events, school sponsorship activities, festivals, and pop-up marketing events.
• Plan and execute creative marketing activations (giveaways, raffles, referral partnerships, etc.).
• Coordinate influencer partnerships, content shoots, and collaborative promotions.

In-Office Marketing:

• Assist with social media content creation (photos, videos, reels, TikToks).
• Track marketing analytics and ROI for referrals and event success.
• Manage email/text campaigns and help with patient referral programs.
• Maintain marketing materials, swag inventory, and event displays.

YOU ARE:

• Outgoing, enthusiastic, confident, and naturally great with people
• Someone who enjoys planning, organizing, and executing
• Creative thinker with strong attention to detail
• Comfortable filming and being filmed for social content
• Collaborative, reliable, and able to manage multiple tasks at once

REQUIREMENTS

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (local travel required)
• Able to work occasional evenings/weekends for community events
• Marketing/PR/customer service experience preferred (but we can train the right person!)
• Comfortable with social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook)
• Travel between our three locations is a requirement (Hanover, PA, Westminster, MD & Lutherville-Timonium, MD)

SCHEDULE

• Monday–Friday (One Saturday per month for community events as needed)
• Mix of in-office and out-of-office field marketing
