About the Role:

We’re looking for a strategic and highly organized Marketing Manager to lead brand marketing initiatives for Carol’s Daughter in Canada , while supporting key campaigns and growth initiatives for Dermablend Professional Canada .

This role will oversee the planning and execution of marketing strategies across digital, social media, PR, retail partnerships, and e-commerce channels. You’ll work closely with internal teams and external partners to bring campaigns to life, manage product launches, and grow brand awareness within the Canadian market.

The ideal candidate combines strong project management skills with strategic marketing thinking . You understand how branding, social media, paid advertising, and community engagement work together, and you approach marketing decisions with a data-driven mindset focused on KPIs and performance metrics .

As our portfolio expands, this role will also support the introduction of additional brands into the Canadian market.

Primary Responsibilties:

#1 Brand Marketing Strategy

  • Lead marketing strategy and campaign planning for Carol’s Daughter in Canada
  • Support key marketing initiatives and campaigns for Dermablend Professional Canada
  • Develop integrated marketing plans across digital, social media, PR, retail, and e-commerce channels
  • Ensure consistent brand positioning and messaging across all marketing touchpoints
  • Identify opportunities to grow brand awareness and engagement within the Canadian market

#2 Campaign & Project Management

  • Manage seasonal campaigns, product launches, and promotional initiatives from concept to execution
  • Maintain campaign calendars, timelines, and project trackers
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams including digital marketing, social media, PR, and creative
  • Manage relationships with agencies, partners, and vendors
  • Ensure marketing deliverables are executed on time and aligned with brand standards

#3 Digital & Performance Marketing

  • Collaborate with the digital marketing team on paid advertising, email marketing, and e-commerce growth initiatives
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, including conversion, engagement, revenue, and ROI
  • Translate data insights into marketing optimizations and future campaign strategies
  • Support growth across key channels including Shopify, Amazon, Walmart, and retail partners

#4 Brand Growth & Market Expansion

  • Support retail expansion and marketing opportunities with Canadian retail partners
  • Identify influencer, creator, and PR collaboration opportunities
  • Track beauty industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging marketing strategies
  • Assist with the introduction of additional brands within the Kar•Eve portfolio to the Canadian market

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years experience in marketing, brand management, or digital marketing (beauty or consumer brands preferred)
  • Experience leading integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, PR, and e-commerce
  • Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and timelines
  • Analytical mindset with experience tracking KPIs, campaign performance, and ROI
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, branding, and social media strategy
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills

Required Tools & Skills:

  • Meta Ads Manager
  • Google Analytics
  • Shopify
  • Klaviyo (or similar email marketing platforms)
  • Instagram, TikTok, and Pinterest
  • Notion, ClickUp, Asana, or other project management tools

Bonus Experience:

  • Beauty industry experience
  • Agency experience or working with external marketing partners
  • Retail marketing experience (Sephora, Shoppers Drug Mart, Amazon, etc.)
  • Influencer marketing or PR campaign experience
