Role Description

We’re seeking a

social-first strategist and creator program operator

to support our team for a three month contract. As Creator Success Manager, you’ll steward Goodo’s creator ecosystem while helping us build a scalable organic social content engine. You’ll work directly with creators to develop content ideas that perform in-feed, guide storytelling that integrates client products naturally, and manage the operational systems that bring creator-led campaigns to life.

This role sits at the intersection of

social strategy, creator partnerships, and content production.

You’ll collaborate with creators, creative strategists and brands to create content seen by hundreds of thousands of people across platforms like TikTok, Instagram, Meta and YouTube. We are particularly excited about candidates who are passionate about social storytelling and understand why certain content works in-feed.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and evolve Goodo’s organic social playbook, helping define what creator-led storytelling looks like across platforms like TikTok and Instagram.
  • Work directly with creators to develop engaging content angles that showcase client products in authentic, social-native ways.
  • Source, vet, and build relationships with creators to maintain a strong and diverse creator pipeline.
  • Manage creator campaigns from end to end, including briefing, contracting, timeline coordination, content delivery, and internal review.
  • Review incoming creator footage and collaborate with editors to ensure assets move efficiently through production.
  • Provide feedback to creators to improve storytelling, hooks, and product integration while maintaining authenticity.
  • Track creator deliverables, contracts, and production details using internal tools such as Coda.
  • Monitor social platform trends and creator formats to inform new creative directions.
  • Collaborate with account leads, strategists, and paid media teams to ensure creator content supports broader marketing initiatives.
  • Track performance of creator content and provide insights that improve future creative briefs.

Qualifications

  • Experience working with creators, influencers, or UGC campaigns in a marketing, social media, or content production environment.
  • Strong understanding of social platforms including TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube.
  • Excellent organizational skills with experience managing multiple projects and timelines simultaneously.
  • Experience using project management tools such as Notion, Coda, Asana, or similar platforms.
  • Ability to provide constructive creative feedback to creators and collaborators.
  • Strong understanding of social content trends and platform culture.
  • Growth mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
