<Duties>
- Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok to increase brand visibility and engagement.
- Create, curate, and manage high-quality content including graphics, videos, photography, blog posts, and advertisements that align with brand voice and marketing goals.
- Utilize social listening tools to monitor brand reputation, industry trends, and customer feedback to inform content strategies.
- Manage paid advertising campaigns on social media platforms like Facebook Advertising to optimize reach and ROI.
- Analyze web analytics and social media metrics using tools like Google Analytics and Adobe Creative Suite to measure campaign performance and refine strategies accordingly.
- Coordinate with public relations teams to ensure consistent messaging across all channels while managing relationships with influencers, partners, and media outlets.
- Oversee the use of social media management tools such as Hootsuite or Buffer for scheduling posts, tracking engagement metrics, and maintaining a cohesive online presence.
- Conduct keyword research to enhance SEO efforts for content visibility and search engine ranking.
- Implement branding guidelines consistently across all digital assets while exploring new creative avenues through graphic design and video editing.
- Stay updated on the latest trends in digital marketing, social media marketing, e-commerce integration, and emerging platforms to keep our strategies innovative.
<Requirements>
- Proven experience in social media management, digital marketing, or related roles with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Creative Suite, and video editing software for creating engaging visual content.
- Hands-on experience with social listening tools like Brandwatch or Sprout Social is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of SEO principles, keyword research techniques, web analytics (Google Analytics), and social media advertising platforms such as Facebook Ads Manager.
- Excellent written communication skills with an eye for proofreading and content creation that resonates with diverse audiences.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of relationship management practices within social media communities to foster positive interactions.
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and digital marketing strategies that drive online sales is a plus.
