We are seeking an organized, team-oriented individual for our Marketing Assistant Internship to support sample management, photoshoots, and social media community management within Alpha Industries. This role will work directly with our Brand Marketing Manager and Marketing Strategy Manager.

Through this position, the candidate will have the opportunity to expand their skillset and gain exposure to the following areas: photoshoots, marketing operations, seeding, and social media.

The internship is in-person 2 days a week (Monday and Wednesday, approximately 15 hours per week). The internship will run from March - August 2026.

PRIMARY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Ship seeding packages + samples
Organizing samples in the showroom + storage areas (including receiving and putting away new deliveries)
Assist on photoshoots (pre-production and production)
Social media community management — sorting through tags, mentions, reposts, etc.
Assist with influencer selection

LEARNING OBJECTIVES:

Understand the fashion lifecycle and go-to-market process.
Build communication and organizational skills through cross-functional sample coordination and logistics support.
Gain exposure to production processes and operational logistics.
Learn the fundamentals of brand positioning and audience development.
Support social media talent curation aligned with consumer profiles and brand voice.
Develop an understanding of social media analytics and performance drivers.

Physical requirements:
Ability to regularly push, pull and lift more than 30 pounds

Proficiency in social media channels

Pay: $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15.0 per week
