Overview of the job
As a Senior Account Manager, you will work within the Client Services team supporting the Group Director. This role is tasked with overseeing and executing brand campaigns in post sale by delivering best in class client service.

Measures of success – in the first few months, you would have:
- Met the team: Spent 1:1 with your manager and other team members to build rapport and understand how your role fits into the overall structure
- Familiarised yourself with key processes: Particular reference to our internal campaign trackers, creator sourcing and selection processes
- Learned our key systems: Slack, Google Workspace, and our proprietary campaign management tools
- Established creator comms understanding: Jumped into contract negotiations, concept and content review, and creator onboarding
- Creator management: Drafted contracts, worked on creator briefs, delivered creator lists, managed outreach and negotiations
- Initiated client interaction: Answered client questions, supported client comms on calls and via email with help from your manager
Roles & responsibilities:
- Oversee campaign execution for specific influencer marketing campaigns
- Sit within a team of client service individuals who support one another on campaign execution
- Take on client-facing ownership and responsibilities alongside the Account Director and Group Director to help drive consistent upsales and repeat business for the sales team
- Support on pitches for key clients you previously serviced -pulling indicative creators and providing feedback and knowledge where applicable
- Managing & working collaboratively to support new business opportunities
- Support in achieving and exceeding monthly KPI targets
- Lead influencer contract negotiations and management
- Support in budget management, forecasting and tracking project costs and updating clients on spend
- Lead on creating Post Campaign Analysis reports and presenting to the client
- Continuously focus on best in class client service and output
What you will need:
- 3+ years working in an agency or brand within client services, influencer marketing, advertising, social, media and/or creative
- Experience in account management, creator management, measurement, paid media and working within a revenue organisation
- Experience in delivering post-campaign analysis
- Experience in reviewing legal agreements with creators and brands with an understanding of usage and payment terms
- Experience in revenue recognition systems and processes
- Experience executing campaigns across social platforms including TikTok, Meta, YouTube, Pinterest and Snap
- Experience and knowledge of CRM tools such as Hubspot and Salesforce
- You are commercially aware, organised, confident and communicate exceptionally well
- Very comfortable with spreadsheets, numbers and data analysis
- You are nimble, forward thinking, strategic and comfortable with ambiguity
- You are positive, collaborative and exude leadership qualities
- Experience with designing decks is a plus
