Position Summary

We're looking for a detail-oriented, creatively driven Brand Coordinator to join our Brand Marketing team and support the execution of campaigns, partnerships, events, and brand storytelling initiatives.

Reporting to the Senior Brand Manager, this role serves as the operational backbone of the brand team-keeping projects on track, creative execution sharp, and our brand presence consistent across every touchpoint.

Key Responsibilities

CampaignBrand Support

  • Support the Senior Brand Manager in the planning and execution of seasonal brand campaigns from concept through launch.
  • Maintain campaign timelines, project trackers, and cross-functional deliverables to ensure all initiatives stay on schedule.
  • Assist in building and maintaining campaign briefs, recaps, and performance summaries.
  • Help ensure brand consistency across campaign assets, messaging, and activation execution.

EventsActivations

  • Support the end-to-end planning and execution of brand events including pop-ups, community activations, influencer dinners, launch events, and special initiatives.
  • Assist with event logistics including venue coordination, vendor communications, staffing, run-of-show documents, and on-site execution.
  • Maintain event timelines, production trackers, and budget tracking.
  • Coordinate influencer and creator participation, including guest lists, invitations, gifting, and on-site talent experience.
  • Support communications with external vendors, venues, and experiential partners.
  • Assist in developing post-event recaps and capturing key learnings to inform future brand activations.

OperationsCross-Functional Coordination

  • Manage day-to-day project coordination for the brand team, including maintaining calendars and project management tools.
  • Prepare presentations, run-of-show documents, meeting agendas, and recap materials for internal and leadership reviews.
  • Conduct competitive research and monitor cultural trends-particularly in experiential marketing and community-driven programming-to support brand planning.

  • Owning delegated responsibilities so the Senior Brand Manager can focus on strategic direction and creative leadership.

  • Maintaining organized project trackers, timelines, and documentation across brand initiatives.
  • Bringing a strong attention to detail and deep familiarity with the brand to every execution.

Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of experience in event coordination, brand marketing, experiential marketing, or a related field (DTC or lifestyle brand experience preferred).
  • Highly organized with strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Strong written communication skills and an instinct for brand voice.
  • A collaborative team player who thrives in a support role and maintains a positive, solutions-oriented mindset in a fast-paced environment.
