What We're Looking For:

As the Influencer Marketing Specialist, you'll be responsible for sourcing Influencers, while also playing a key role in managing and nurturing our external partnerships. The ideal candidate will have a creative mindset, be seasoned with influencers, and enjoy working with influencers to drive brand awareness.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Work alongside the Influencer Marketing Specialist to lead and grow Happy V’s influencer and partnerships programs across Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
  • Source, evaluate, and onboard influencers and creators aligned with Happy V’s brand values, campaign priorities, and business goals.
  • Build and manage 1:1 relationships with key influencers and creators to drive strong performance and long-term partnerships.
  • Lead contracting, deal creation, and negotiation support for influencer and creator partnerships.
  • Help manage agency and external partner relationships to ensure smooth execution and alignment with brand objectives.
  • Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of influencer and creator opportunities, including paid, organic, and gifting partnerships.
  • Partner with the Community Manager and broader marketing team to ensure integrated execution across product gifting, influencer campaigns, celebrity partnerships, and brand events.
  • Lead day-to-day campaign execution, including outreach, briefing, content management, approvals, feedback, and deliverable tracking.
  • Write clear, compelling creative briefs that align creators to campaign objectives, brand tone, and performance goals.
  • Collaborate with influencers and creators to shape content ideas that are both creatively engaging and strategically strong.
  • Guide creator content to ensure alignment with Happy V’s brand voice, messaging, and visual standards.
  • Monitor influencer and creator content performance to identify winning creative patterns, messaging angles, hooks, and storytelling approaches.
  • Use A/B test learnings, platform insights, consumer behavior, and campaign analytics to optimize future creator briefs, partnerships, and campaign strategies.
  • Build and share influencer performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations to improve future campaigns.
  • Maintain and evolve reporting across Tribe Dynamics and internal trackers to measure creator impact.
  • Stay closely attuned to cultural, platform, and consumer trends to identify relevant creator opportunities and keep Happy V’s influencer strategy fresh and competitive.
  • Translate trends, insights, and campaign learnings into actionable recommendations for creative direction, creator selection, and campaign planning.
  • Support the planning and execution of influencer events, gifting initiatives, PR mailers, and creator activations.
  • Partner with fulfillment and external vendors to coordinate gifting, mailers, campaign materials, and event needs.
  • Provide competitive analysis and ongoing market insights to help strengthen Happy V’s influencer and affiliate strategy.
  • Support administrative and organizational needs, including creator tracking, calendar management, list building, and campaign documentation.
  • Additional tasks to support the Marketing team as needed.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in influencer relations, marketing, and/or talent management
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial team environment
  • Ability to respond quickly to changing priorities
  • Excellent verbal communication skills and high attention to detail
  • Organized and able to manage multiple initiatives and lines of communication.
  • Experience with platforms Refersion, Tribe Dynamics, ShareASale, and Commission Junction
  • Demonstrate experience utilizing data to drive actionable insights to develop marketing strategies and plans
  • Experience building and scaling brand affiliate and influencer programs
  • Experience with internal tools used to source and manage relationships
  • Familiarity with data-keeping and the use of tools such as Google Analytics, Google Sheets, and more
  • Proven ability to meet deadlines and work on multiple projects simultaneously
