Role Description

SMITH&SAINT is seeking an experienced Senior Legal Counsel to oversee contract review, legal operations, and employment-related legal matters across the agency. This role is designed to meaningfully remove day-to-day legal and people-risk responsibilities from the founders, while building scalable systems that support a growing, modern agency. The ideal candidate is practical, business-minded, and comfortable operating as both a legal advisor and internal thought partner.

Qualifications

• JD and active bar membership in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
• 3+ years of relevant experience in talent representation, entertainment, sports, media, influencer marketing, and/or in-house/agency environments.
• Strong experience with influencer and endorsement contracts, employment law fundamentals, corporate law fundamentals, entertainment law fundamentals (SAG knowledge is a bonus).
• Practical, business-forward legal judgment.
• Comfortable working directly with founders in a fast-paced environment.
