Behind the scenes, we run world-class systems to ensure our events, digital presence, and customer experience operate at the highest level. We are seeking an experienced and visionary Brand & Social Media Manager to lead the development and execution of a world-class content and digital presence for both the Rise Up Kings and Rise Up Queens brands including the personal branding for the CEO of each brand.
ROLE OVERVIEW
The ideal candidate is a seasoned digital strategist who thrives at the intersection of content creation, social media and brand storytelling, with a proven ability to scale organic presence and develop growth-driven strategies. This role requires deep expertise in social media, digital content ecosystems, and organic advertising, combined with a passion for faith-based transformation and personal development.
The right candidate thrives in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment and is passionate about execution, excellence, and clear communication. This role will report directly to the CEO and Founder while shaping the voice, visibility and impact of our faith-based movement.
This is a full-time role requiring weekday availability between 8 AM - 5 PM CDT, including participation in video calls for team collaboration. There may be some additional weekend hours required for seasonal conferences. Hours could range from 40 to 50 per week for this high-level role.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Brand Strategy & Leadership
- Develop and oversee a comprehensive content and social media strategy that elevates the Rise Up Kings and Rise Up Queens brands while aligning with company mission and growth objectives.
- Partner closely with the CEO and Founder to position their personal brands as leading voices in the faith-based personal development space.
- Lead and mentor a team of content creators, social media VAs, and contractors/agencies, ensuring high-quality execution and innovation.
Content Development
- Drive the creation of compelling, story-driven content across platforms including Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, TikTok, and emerging channels.
- Establish and enforce brand voice, messaging frameworks, and visual identity to ensure cohesive communication.
- Guide the production of premium video, photo, and written content designed to maximize impact and engagement.
Social Media Strategy & Growth
- Architect and implement platform-specific growth strategies to increase reach, engagement, and community loyalty.
- Build and scale influencer, partnership, and community collaborations to amplify visibility.
- Oversee campaign calendars, ensuring alignment with launches, events, and seasonal initiatives.
Organic Advertising & Growth Marketing
- Develop and lead the strategy for organic advertising campaigns, leveraging social channels to create scalable growth without heavy reliance on paid ads.
- Optimize organic reach through advanced use of platform tools, trend analysis, and algorithm insights.
- Create frameworks for organic ad testing, creative iteration, and performance tracking.
Analytics & Performance
- Establish KPIs and reporting systems to evaluate campaign and channel performance.
- Analyze data to optimize strategy, ensuring content drives measurable growth in audience size, engagement, and brand visibility.
- Present regular insights to leadership, recommending adjustments based on trends and analytics.
Qualifications
- 7–10+ years of progressive experience in social media management, brand strategy, and digital content leadership.
- Proven track record of building and scaling brands online, ideally within lifestyle, personal development, or faith-based spaces.
- Expertise in organic growth strategy, digital storytelling, and audience building.
- Strong leadership skills with experience building and managing creative teams.
- Exceptional writing, communication, and storytelling abilities.
- Advanced knowledge of analytics, KPIs, and social media platforms.
- Alignment with Christian values and passion for faith-driven personal development.
Compensation
This is a full-time, in-office role, requiring 40-50 hours per week and compensation is $85,000 - $100,000 / year (depeneding on experience) plus benefits.
