Coordinator, Community & Partnerships
The opportunityThis role will support the growth of Argent’s community, brand partnerships, and cultural presence through thoughtful event execution, influencer engagement, and press coordination. Working cross-functionally, this individual will help bring brand initiatives to life—from in-store activations and community gatherings to influencer seeding and media support—ensuring every touchpoint reflects Argent’s values and aesthetic.The position requires someone highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented who is equally comfortable managing logistics behind the scenes and supporting the brand’s presence within a dynamic network of creators, partners, and industry leaders. In addition to community and marketing support, this role will provide light executive assistance to the Founder/CEO, helping maintain the thoughtful relationship-building that is core to Argent’s brand.
ResponsibilitiesCommunity & Events* Support event ideation and execution, from brainstorming creative concepts to managing logistics and providing on-site coordination during events.
- Maintain and update invite lists, talent lists, and community contacts across markets, ensuring records remain accurate and current as our network expands.
- Contribute to partnership ideation—both brand and talent collaborations, and support execution, from planning to delivery.
- Take the lead on set-up and execution of in-store shopping events, ensuring activations are well-coordinated and on-brand.
Influencer
- Spearhead and manage day-to-day outreach with influencers and creators via ShopMy, ensuring timely communication and seamless coordination.
- Support talent ideation for influencer seeding by tracking who is relevant, upcoming events, and community opportunities. Continuously building and expanding our community of influencers, creators, and tastemakers.
- Support with in-store influencer and stylist appointments.
- Lead sample trafficking, keeping all loans and product gifting organzied in designated trackers.
Press
- Handle requests via PR partners by pulling product, entering orders into Shopify/tracker, and ensuring follow-up through delivery and return.
- Oversee all aspects of product pulls, including managing returns, tracking pending items, and closing out consignment pulls to keep inventory organized and accounted for.
Executive Assistant Support
- Limited calendar and scheduling support for the CEO/Founder.
- Miscellaneous errands.
- Proactively coordinate thank you gifts/notes on behalf of the CEO/Founder and brand.

- You have a strong sense of professionalism and care when communicating with partners, creators, press, and clients.
- You thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and are willing to jump in wherever needed.
Qualifications* BA / BS or equivalent.
- 2+ years of experience in marketing, PR, influencer relations, or a similar role, ideally within fashion, retail, or a consumer brand.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects at once.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a professional and thoughtful approach to external relationships.
- Experience supporting events or brand activations, including logistics and on-site coordination.
- Comfortable communicating with influencers, stylists, publicists, and other brand partners.
- Experience managing product samples, gifting, or press pulls while maintaining organized trackers.
- Proactive, reliable, and able to take ownership of projects from planning through execution.
- Interest in community building, events, and brands that sit at the intersection of fashion, culture, and leadership.
- Familiarity with tools like Google Workspace, Shopify, or influencer platforms such as ShopMy is a plus.
- Must reside in New York City.
