Brand Ambassador

We are seeking an enthusiastic and engaging Brand Ambassador to represent our food brand and help increase product awareness, customer engagement, and sales. The Brand Ambassador will act as the face of the company by promoting products at events, retail locations, and through community engagement. This role requires excellent communication skills, a passion for food, and the ability to build strong relationships with customers and partners. This is an exciting opportunity for the right candidate that will provide travel, relationship building and networking experiences across a broad platform of events.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and represent the company’s food products in a positive and professional manner.
• Conduct product demonstrations, tastings, and sampling events at retail stores, trade shows, and community events.
• Educate customers about product features, ingredients, and benefits.
• Build strong relationships with customers, retailers, and distributors.
• Gather customer feedback and market insights and report findings to the marketing team.
• Support marketing campaigns by sharing product information both in-person and through social media when applicable.
• Maintain brand standards in all interactions and promotional activities.
• Assist with setting up and breaking down event displays and promotional materials.

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Hospitality, or related field is a plus).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for food, beverages, and customer experience.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and events.
• Comfortable speaking with large groups and engaging customers.
• Reliable transportation for travel to event or retail locations.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in brand promotion, retail sales, food service, or event marketing .
• Knowledge of food products, ingredients, or nutrition.
• Experience with social media promotion or influencer marketing.
• Food safety certification (preferred but not required).

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand for extended periods during events or product demonstrations.
