About the job
About Latitude Food Allergy Care
Latitude Food Allergy Care is redefining what’s possible for people living with food allergies. We are the leading network of clinics dedicated to diagnosing and treating food allergies in children and adults. Latitude was built through a rare partnership between food-allergy moms — who experienced the fear, uncertainty, and gaps in care firsthand — and board-certified allergists who focus on food allergies. Together, they designed a care model that’s both shaped by firsthand experience and clinically exceptional.
Today, Latitude has eleven clinics across California and New York, opening soon in Chicago, and continuing to expand throughout 2026. We are on a mission to ensure every family affected by food allergies has access to life-changing care so that they can live without fear and experience life unburdened by the limitations of food allergies. Since our founding, our impact has transformed thousands of families’ lives.
We’re looking for a Social Media Specialist to help bring that mission to life. This is a brand new position and a big opportunity. You’ll be the day-to-day engine behind Latitude’s social presence turning real patient stories, doctor expertise, clinic moments, and educational material into engaging content. If you love storytelling, understand social culture, and are energized by meaningful healthcare content, this role is for you.
Summary
Create engaging, empathetic, and educational content that reflects the expertise and compassion of our physicians and care teams. You are the right person if you're curious, compassionate, creative and excited to take ownership of content planning and production, building on what’s already performing while testing new formats to help us grow our presence. You will work closely with marketing and clinical partners to drive content planning, daily publishing, community monitoring, and performance tracking.
This is a REMOTE full-time position (ideally in the San Francisco Bay Area as our founders and marketing team are located here) with the expectation that you are in our clinics in both California and New York capturing content with care teams and patients on a monthly basis.
