Creative Marketing Manager

Role Overview

Our client is seeking a Creative Marketing Manager to expand the company’s marketing capabilities across modern digital channels and strengthen brand engagement. This role will focus on developing creative marketing initiatives that support audience growth, increase engagement, and drive adoption of Our client’s digital and self-service platform.

Reporting to the Marketing Director, the Creative Marketing Manager will complement the company’s strong digital acquisition and analytics capabilities by introducing creative marketing strategies across social media, video content, and influencer engagement. This role will help increase awareness, improve customer engagement, and support repeat usage of Our client’s services.

The Creative Marketing Manager will manage the Social Media Coordinator and collaborate closely with the Digital Marketing, Growth Marketing, Brand Marketing, Marketing Operations, and B2B/Events Marketing teams.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media & Audience Growth

  • Develop and execute strategies to expand organic and paid social media channels , including LinkedIn, Instagram, and emerging platforms such as TikTok
  • Launch and manage Meta advertising campaigns to support top-of-funnel audience growth
  • Develop social-first marketing initiatives that increase engagement with legal professionals and law firms

Influencer & Community Engagement

  • Identify and develop influencer and creator partnerships within the legal and professional services ecosystem
  • Build programs that encourage customer advocacy, referrals, and community engagement

Video & Creative Storytelling

  • Develop and execute a short-form video content strategy across social platforms
  • Produce engaging customer stories, product storytelling, and executive content
  • Partner with internal teams to create visual and video content that strengthens the Our client’s brand

Creative Campaign Development

  • Concept and execute creative marketing campaigns designed to increase brand awareness and engagement
  • Develop social-first marketing initiatives that expand reach and improve audience engagement

Website & Digital Experience

  • Contribute to improvements in website storytelling and campaign landing pages
  • Support initiatives that encourage repeat usage and adoption of Our client’s self-service digital channel

Team Leadership & Collaboration

  • Manage and mentor the Social Media Coordinator
  • Partner with Growth Marketing, Digital Marketing, Brand Marketing, and Marketing Operations teams to integrate creative campaigns into broader marketing initiatives

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in marketing, social media marketing, or growth marketing
  • Experience developing social media marketing strategies and digital campaigns
  • Experience launching or managing paid social advertising , particularly Meta
  • Experience producing or managing video content and creative storytelling campaigns
  • Strong creative thinking combined with the ability to execute campaigns hands-on
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across marketing, product, and digital teams

Preferred Experience

  • Experience marketing to professional services, legal services, or B2B technology audiences
  • Experience supporting digital platforms or self-service channel growth
  • Familiarity with short-form video content strategies
