Our client, a Celebrity and Influencer Agency, is looking for a Brand Partnerships & Endorsements Agent to join their team.

You’ll manage a roster of talent and take the lead on identifying opportunities, pitching brands, and closing endorsement and partnership deals. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment and understands that success in talent representation comes from hustle, persistence, and strong relationships.

What You’ll Do

  • Identify, pitch, and secure brand partnerships and endorsement deals for a roster of talent
  • Develop thoughtful brand match ideas based on talent interests, personal brands, projects, and cultural relevance
  • Draft and refine pitches, outreach emails, decks, and other client- and brand-facing materials
  • Run targeted outreach to brands, agencies, and marketing decision-makers
  • Leverage and expand a network of brand, agency, and marketing contacts
  • Negotiate key deal terms and collaborate with management and legal teams through contract execution
  • Oversee partnerships from close through execution, including creative, approvals, shoot days, deliverables, and timelines
  • Work closely with talent managers, publicists, lawyers, and business managers to align on strategy
  • Own revenue goals and consistently work toward meeting and exceeding targets
  • Stay plugged into pop culture, brand marketing trends, and emerging partnership opportunities
  • Represent talent and the agency with discretion, professionalism, and a strategic mindset

Ideal candidates bring:

  • Experience in talent representation, brand partnerships, endorsements, or influencer marketing
  • Clear understanding of how celebrity and creator deals are sourced, structured, negotiated, and closed
  • An existing network of brand and/or agency contacts, or a proven ability to build one quickly
  • Hands-on experience pitching brands and turning outreach into real opportunities
  • Comfort managing multiple deals and opportunities at various stages at once
  • Excellent communication, organization, and follow-through
  • A self-starter, entrepreneurial mindset with strong ownership of outcomes
  • A willingness to put in the work to nurture relationships and close deals

Nice to have:

  • Exposure to talent across film, TV, music, digital creators, sports, or lifestyle
  • Familiarity with licensing, ambassador roles, long-term partnerships, and brand-building initiatives
  • Experience working in a boutique or fast-growing agency environment
