The Product Manager for PDC by Brady is responsible for their product category business, including strategy, P&L, roadmap, and pricing. This person works closely with engineering, operations, strategic sourcing, channel management and marketing to define, develop, implement and maintain the value proposition around the product line, incorporating product lifecycle management and marketing requirements to meet customer expectations. This person will conduct VOC and market research to build a strategic roadmap that will ensure product relevance, innovative advancements and meet revenue goals. They will work with research and development (internal or external teams) to define, build and launch new products. This is an onsite role at our Murray, UT office.

Requirements:

  • Define and own the strategy and roadmap for the assigned healthcare product portfolios and communicate it effectively and passionately with internal teams and external business partners
  • Develop and execute comprehensive product business and marketing plans to meet sales forecasts and profit objectives
  • Lead global go-to-market strategy, and new product development for your product portfolio
  • Create a 3 – 5 year business plan, create product launch plans and oversee cross-functional implementation across the organization
  • Responsible for implementation of innovative media solutions for our customers
  • Define and own product KPIs and roadmap, diagnose areas for improvement, and develop and implement recommendations
  • Prepare monthly reports, forecasts, product reviews and customer trend analysis
  • Focus externally, creating a deep understanding of market and technology trends, competitive intelligence and key influencers
  • Collaborate with partners, customers and industry leaders to champion the voice of the customer within the organization
  • Lead customer and market research initiatives that drive product portfolio strategy
  • Up to 15% travel expected

Additional Details :

What You Need To Be Successful

  • Bachelor's degree required in Engineering or Science; MBA or Master's degree preferred
  • 5+ years of Product Management experience
  • Experience with clinical or hospital products is preferred
  • Exposure to healthcare consumables market entry, as well as enhancing existing products
  • Experience with product implementation at customer sites, as well as collaborating with external partners to define support and service strategies
