The Position

FULL TIME Social Media & Content Marketing Manager

Job Type: Full-time | 35–40 hours per week | On-Site

We are seeking a dynamic and highly creative Social Media & Content Marketing Manager to lead the digital presence and content strategy across the RUMA brand and its expanding platforms. This role combines social media management, video production, creative strategy, and marketing campaign execution.

In this role, you will manage multiple brand accounts, create engaging educational and promotional content, collaborate closely with providers and leadership, and help drive new patient growth through innovative digital marketing strategies.

This position is ideal for someone who is creative, organized, adaptable, and excited to work in a fast-paced environment where aesthetics, wellness, and education intersect.

Daily Job Responsibilities

Your primary focus will be on managing RUMA’s digital presence and content production, including but not limited to:

Managing social media accounts for:

  • RUMA
  • RUMA Wellness
  • RUMA Academy
  • Founder’s personal brand

Maintaining consistent posting schedules across all platforms, including:

  • Feed posts
  • Reels and short-form video
  • Daily story content

Content production and marketing support, including:

  • Filming and editing video content for social media and marketing campaigns
  • Capturing treatment footage, testimonials, educational segments, and behind-the-scenes content
  • Writing scripts for video segments such as RUMA Reports
  • Taking and organizing before-and-after photos
  • Creating graphics, designs, and marketing materials using Canva and Adobe Creative Suite
  • Developing design templates for providers and internal teams

Content strategy and planning, including:

  • Managing and executing the brand content calendarStrategically rotating through services, products, and providers to ensure balanced visibility
  • Staying current on algorithm changes, social trends, and emerging marketing opportunitiesTracking insights and performance metrics to guide growth strategies

Additional Responsibilities Include

Responding to social media messages and engaging with the online community

Collaborating closely with providers to film educational content and marketing materials

Coordinating regularly with the RUMA Academy Director on training and educational content

Supporting launches for new treatments, programs, and business verticals

Planning and executing marketing campaigns, promotions, and giveaways

Coordinating influencer collaborations and affiliate partnerships

Managing bios, highlight covers, and link platforms to ensure accurate and consistent messaging

Creating new social media accounts and marketing assets for new providers

Ensuring all marketing messaging remains brand-consistent and medically accurate

Helping fill provider schedules through creative marketing initiatives and campaigns

Coordinating photoshoots, testimonial shoots, and influencer visits

Supporting event planning, launches, and marketing initiatives for RUMA locations (including upcoming locations)

Assisting with team events, promotional materials, and branded swag for events

Collaborating with leadership to plan marketing strategies and growth initiatives

Maintaining flexibility to support content creation during evenings, weekends, or special events when necessary

Qualifications & Requirements

3-5 years of professional experience in company social media management, content marketing, or digital marketing

Experience with video editing and content production

Proficiency in Canva and/or Adobe Creative Suite

Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube content strategy

Strong copywriting and marketing communication skills

Experience managing multiple social media accounts or brand channels

Ability to analyze performance metrics and adjust strategy accordingly

Experience in aesthetics, wellness, beauty, or healthcare marketing preferred
