E-Commerce Fulfillment Assistant
Part-Time Role | Hours Vary Based on Order Volume
Barrett Recovery is a wellness and recovery brand based in Beverly Hills focused on premium products that support healing, performance, and longevity. We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented E-Commerce Fulfillment Assistant to support operations across our growing online store.
This role is ideal for someone interested in e-commerce, operations, and digital brands and offers hands-on experience working across Shopify, TikTok Shop, and Amazon.
Key Responsibilities:
Fulfillment & Operations
- Pack and ship e-commerce orders across Shopify, TikTok Shop and Amazon Seller Central while maintaining high quality control standards.
- Print shipping labels, prepare packages and coordinate carrier pickups.
- Troubleshoot shipping or delivery issues such as lost packages or address errors.
- Maintain a clean, organized fulfillment workspace and ensure orders ship on schedule.
- Track inventory levels and assist with reordering packing materials.
- Support inventory organization and product restocks as new shipments arrive.
Customer Experience
- Respond to customer inquiries via email, social channels and website chat with professionalism.
- Help resolve order issues quickly to maintain a positive customer experience.
- Assist in identifying common customer questions and improving response templates.
E-Commerce Support
- Assist with Shopify updates including product listings, tags, pricing, and collections.
- Support with administrative tasks such as updating product details or pulling basic performance reports.
- Monitor the online customer experience and flag issues impacting checkout or order fulfillment.
- Help compile weekly sales or inventory reports across Shopify, TikTok, and Amazon.
Marketing Support (Occasional)
- Assist with influencer shipments, giveaways and product launch preparation.
- Capture simple product photos or short UGC-style videos when needed.
- Help maintain brand consistency across customer touchpoints.
Qualifications
- 1–2 years of experience in e-commerce, fulfillment, retail, or customer service preferred.
- Familiarity with Shopify preferred; Amazon Seller Central, TikTok Shop, or Pirate Ship experience is a plus.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and multitasking when needed.
- Tech-savvy and able to quickly learn new platforms (Google Workspace, spreadsheets, etc.).
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs, with or without reasonable accommodation.
Schedule
- Hours vary based on order volume.
- Typical fulfillment days are Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, depending on order volume and business needs.
