Job Description
Cucamonga Media is seeking a Marketing Manager with a strong emphasis on email marketing to join our team. This role will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies across multiple channels, with a primary focus on building, optimizing, and managing high-performing email marketing campaigns for our clients.
The ideal candidate is both strategic and hands-on—comfortable planning marketing initiatives, analyzing performance data, and collaborating with creative teams to execute campaigns that drive growth.
ResponsibilitiesEmail Marketing Strategy & Execution
Lead the development and execution of email marketing strategies for agency clients. Create campaign calendars, automation flows, newsletters, and promotional campaigns designed to drive engagement and conversions.
Manage list segmentation, audience targeting, and personalization strategies to improve open rates, click-through rates, and overall campaign performance.
Monitor campaign performance and continuously optimize subject lines, design, messaging, and sending strategies through A/B testing and data analysis.
Client Relationship Management
Serve as a key point of contact for assigned clients. Build strong client relationships by maintaining consistent communication, providing campaign updates, and proactively identifying opportunities for marketing growth.
Ensure client expectations are met while managing project timelines, deliverables, and scope.
Marketing Strategy & Campaign Development
Develop comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with client objectives, including email marketing, social media, and digital campaigns.
Identify opportunities to integrate email marketing with broader marketing initiatives such as social media campaigns, influencer partnerships, and website marketing.
Stay informed on industry trends, emerging marketing tools, and competitive strategies to continuously improve campaign performance.
Content & Campaign Collaboration
Collaborate with creative team members to produce high-quality campaign assets including graphics, email designs, and marketing copy.
Ensure all marketing materials align with both Cucamonga Media and client brand standards.
Performance Analysis & Reporting
Analyze campaign performance across email and digital channels, identifying key insights that inform future marketing strategies.
Develop and present reports highlighting campaign performance, growth opportunities, and actionable recommendations for clients.
Influencer & Creator Integration
Identify influencers and user-generated content creators who align with client brands and marketing objectives.
Collaborate on campaign ideas that integrate influencer marketing with email and social media initiatives.
Ownership of Client Accounts
Take full ownership of assigned clients, ensuring marketing strategies are implemented effectively and all deliverables meet quality and deadline expectations.
Delegate tasks when needed and collaborate with the team to maintain smooth campaign execution.
Qualifications
- Proven experience managing email marketing campaigns and strategies
- Experience working with email marketing platforms such as Klaviyo, Mailchimp, HubSpot, or similar tools
- Experience developing marketing strategies across multiple digital channels
- Familiarity with social media marketing platforms including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Pinterest
- Experience with marketing and creative tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Notion and Figma
- Strong understanding of marketing analytics, campaign optimization, and A/B testing
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field
