Job Responsibilities

Marketing Strategy and Plan Execution

1. Develop and implement the annual marketing plan, ensuring it aligns with business goals.

2. Analyze market trends in the United States, consumer behavior, and form strategic insights and optimization suggestions.

Planning and Promoting Brand Industry and Marketing Activities

Integrate local fashion resources, manage and promote the implementation of local brand marketing activities, including exhibitions, shooting, PR activities, and digital promotion, etc.

Supervise social media platforms, content release, and digital activation plans

Help the team manage brand social media accounts (Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, Facebook, etc.), participate in the formulation of content calendars and promotion plans. Optimize online advertising strategies, such as Meta, TikTok Ads, etc., to increase brand exposure and conversion effectiveness.

Support local marketing in retail channels and represent the brand at industry events Job Requirements

Core Requirements

1. Educational Background: Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in marketing, advertising, fashion management, communication studies, etc. Candidates for the specialist position should have 1-3 years of experience in promoting American local fashion brands, while those for the supervisor position should have 3-5 years or more of experience. Those with experience in operating specific fashion segments such as luxury, streetwear, and high street are preferred.

2. Language and Cultural Literacy: Able to complete fashion copywriting, circle-level business negotiations, media communication, and official document processing without difficulty; deeply understand American local fashion culture, circle rules (such as street culture, luxury social scenes), consumption habits, and have a keen insight into fashion trends, and be able to accurately grasp the aesthetic preferences of target customers.

3. Professional Skills: Proficient in American local fashion marketing methods, familiar with the operational logic of online and offline promotion channels for fashion products, and have successful planning and implementation cases of fashion marketing activities (such as pop-up stores, joint promotions, influencer promotion); possess solid skills in fashion content creation, event coordination, and resource integration, and be able to independently connect with fashion circle resources and promote project implementation.

4. Compliance Awareness: Familiar with local advertising laws, data privacy regulations (such as CCPA), and marketing norms in the fashion industry, ensuring all brand promotion activities and content dissemination are compliant and legal, and avoiding legal risks and brand reputation risks. Capability Requirements

1. Data analysis skills: Proficient in using Google Analytics, Excel, platform-built data tools, and industry research tools for the fashion sector. Capable of analyzing data such as exposure volume, grass-roots conversion rate, and circle discussion degree to identify issues and optimize promotion strategies and channel allocation. Possess a strong result-oriented mindset.

2. Creativity and aesthetic ability: Possess excellent fashion creative conception skills and high-end aesthetic standards. Capable of combining brand tone and local trend trends to create marketing content and activities with dissemination power; Familiar with the logic of fashion visual presentation, able to collaborate with the design team to optimize the visual effect of the content.

3. Communication and collaboration skills: Possess excellent cross-collaboration and cross-team communication skills and negotiation techniques. Capable of efficiently connecting with fashion influencers, media, partners, and internal teams, solving various problems in the execution process, and promoting projects to be successfully implemented; Possess strong stakeholder management skills.

4. Stress resistance and execution ability: Adapt to the fast-paced working mode of the American fashion industry. Capable of handling high-pressure scenarios such as frequent new product launches and concentrated event launches. Possess strong execution ability, sense of responsibility, and problem-solving skills. Capable of simultaneously advancing multiple tasks in parallel.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Port Chester, NY 10573
