<Job Summary>
The Social Media and Influencer Assistant will support the planning, execution, and day-to-day management of social media and influencer initiatives across CC Wellness brands. This role will assist in content creation, scheduling, community management, campaign coordination, and performance tracking to help drive brand awareness, increase online visibility, and support additional brand efforts. The Assistant will collaborate with internal teams and help coordinate with external agency partners supporting Meta advertising, affiliate marketing, and influencer marketing programs. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and an interest in digital marketing are essential. Experience in CPG and/or working in a restricted category is a plus.

<Duties>

• Assist with scheduling, posting, monitoring, and reporting of content across social platforms including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Reddit, X, and emerging channels.
• Support the maintenance of social media content calendars to ensure timely and accurate publishing.
• Help moderate and engage with followers by responding to comments, direct messages, and brand mentions in a timely and professional manner.
• Assist with social content creation across brands, including basic video shooting, video editing, and graphic creation.
• Support influencer marketing initiatives through outreach assistance, gifting coordination, and deliverable tracking.
• Help organize influencer content, approvals, timelines, and campaign documentation.
• Support live social content capture at events, including assisting with creative shot lists and on-site execution.
• Stay up to date with industry trends, platform updates, and best practices, and help identify opportunities for improvement.
• Assist in compiling weekly and monthly social media and influencer performance reports.
• Support paid social efforts by organizing creative assets and assisting with campaign ideation.
• Assist with sourcing user-generated content and identifying relevant social and creator trends or relationships.
• Familiar with video editing software and apps like CapCut and Adobe Premiere.
• Provide general administrative and operational support to the Social Media and Influencer Manager as needed.

Qualifications:

• Excellent creative copywriting and editing skills with a strong, adaptable voice
• Experience in Social Media content creation and Marketing best practices
• Proficiency in managing Social Media accounts
• Ability to create engaging and creative content
• Knowledge of social media trends and best practices
• Graphic design skills are a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or equivalent work experience
• Knowledge of social media marketing practices on Instagram, Facebook, X, TikTok, Pinterest, Reddit, Sprout Social, and Meta Business Manager preferred.
• Experience with Canva, Shopify, Google Suite, SEMrush, and Google Analytics a plus.
• Any Google certifications and/or certifications in social media marketing a plus.

Pay: $33.65 - $36.05 per hour
