The Brand Ambassador represents the company’s mission, products, and values in the marketplace. This role drives brand awareness, retail engagement, and sales growth by building authentic relationships with customers, retailers, and community partners.

??Department Duties
- ?Serve as a visible, enthusiastic representative of the brand at trade shows, retail locations, community events, and special activations
- Communicate product features, sustainability initiatives, and company mission with confidence and authenticity
- Maintain a professional, energetic presence aligned with brand values
- Inventory analysis for promotions
- Sales presentations
- Collaborates with sales and product teams to develop branding messages.
- Identifies target customers and markets.
- Support in-store merchandising and product displays to maximize visibility and sell-through
- Gather field feedback on consumer trends, competitive activity, and merchandising opportunities
- Assist inside sales and marketing teams with promotional rollouts
- Coordinate and execute brand events, pop-ups, and experiential marketing efforts
- Engage customers through interactive product demonstrations
- Capture content (photos, videos, testimonials) for marketing use
- Share approved brand content on social platforms
- Support influencer partnerships and local collaborations
- Monitor engagement and report on brand interactions??
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:

Required Education
- ???? HS diploma required???; bachelor’s degree preferred
- 2 or more years of business, sales, or marketing experience.
