Multi-Family Painting Sales/Marketing Representative

Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the market and industry trends
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive prospecting and lead generation
- Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers
- Provide regular updates on sales activities, pipeline, and forecasts

Skills:
- Proven track record of success in outside sales, preferably in construction or general contractor B2B sales
- Strong business acumen and ability to understand complex customer needs
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal
- Fluency in Spanish is a plus
- Ability to effectively manage accounts and develop long-term relationships with clients
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
