We are a rapidly growing specialty retail company expanding across the Bay Area with a focus on party supplies, seasonal celebrations, and event-related products. Our company plans to open multiple stores in California and scale nationwide in the coming years.
We are looking for a hands-on Marketing Manager with experience in retail or seasonal retail environments such as Party City, Spirit Halloween, Five Below, Target, or similar consumer retail brands.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute seasonal marketing campaigns tied to major holidays and events such as Back-to-School, Halloween, Christmas, Valentine’s Day, and Black Friday
- Drive store traffic through social media marketing (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok), influencer collaborations, and digital promotions
- Lead local store marketing initiatives including community events, store openings, and regional promotions
- Develop creative campaigns to increase customer engagement and brand awareness
- Analyze sales data, campaign ROI, and marketing performance to continuously optimize strategy
- Create promotional content, product messaging, and marketing copy for both digital and in-store campaigns
Qualifications
- 2+ years of marketing experience in retail, specialty retail, or seasonal retail
- Experience with social media marketing and digital campaigns
- Strong copywriting and campaign planning skills
- Ability to identify consumer trends and turn them into effective marketing ideas
- Strong analytical mindset with experience reviewing marketing performance data
- Experience supporting multi-store retail environments is a plus
