Position Summary

PSQ Productions is looking for a proactive, detail-oriented, results-focused Marketing Manager to support marketing, sponsorships, influencer programming, live event activations, and related operations. This role requires local travel and flexibility for evenings and weekends.

The Marketing Manager will assist the Sr. Director of MarketingSales in driving audience engagement, strengthening brand partnerships, and ensuring smooth execution of live events.

Key Responsibilities

  • Implement marketing strategies and campaign plans developed by senior leadership across digital, social media, email (HiveMailchimp), SMS, influencer, PR, paid media, and traditional advertising to drive awareness and ticket sales.
  • Work collaboratively with third-party paid media partners to ensure campaign alignment with overall marketing strategy. Monitor campaign performance across platforms including Meta, YouTube, TikTok, and Google; track analytics; and translate insights into actionable recommendations to improve campaign effectiveness and maximize ROI.
  • Create and manage engaging content calendars, maintain brand voice consistency, and capture real-time event content to amplify engagement.
  • Track and present engagement metrics to the executive leadership team and provide recommendations for better ROI and ROAS.
  • Coordinatedesign event-specific marketing assets including digital graphics, signage, stage screens, outdoor advertising, merchandise, and promotional materials, ensuring alignment with brand standards and campaign objectives.
  • Update event and ticketing websites with accurate content, compelling messaging, and seamless ticketing integration to optimize conversions.
  • Build relationships with local partners, influencers, sponsors, and media outlets while leading street team initiatives to expand grassroots visibility.
  • Develop compelling marketing materials and assets to support sponsorship outreach and partnership growth.
  • Manage event-day branding, content capture, activations, VIP experiences, and overall marketing presence to enhance the attendee experience.
  • Monitor campaign metrics, evaluate engagement and ticket sales data, and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
  • Supervise and deploy interns.
  • Any other duties as assigned by your supervisor and as business dictates.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
  • Minimum 3-5+ years of event or integrated marketing experience
  • Strong expertise in digital marketing, paid advertising, and audience growth
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
  • Proficiency in Canva
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Data-driven and organized mindset with strong analytical capabilities
  • Experience with sponsorship marketing and influencer partnerships preferred
  • Ability to work evenings and weekends during major events
  • Bonus: live music marketing experience desired
