Bao’s Pastry is bringing authentic Chinese pastries to North America. We are looking for a creative and driven Marketing Specialist to help grow brand awareness and customer engagement.
Responsibilities
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns and promotions
- Manage social media platforms (Instagram, Xiaohongshu, TikTok, etc.)
- Collaborate with influencers and local communities
- Create marketing materials for store events and product launches
- Analyze campaign performance and customer feedback
- Coordinate marketing activities for store openings
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
- 2+ years marketing experience
- Strong social media and digital marketing skills
- Excellent communication and creative thinking
Preferred
- Experience in restaurant or food industry
- Bilingual English / Chinese
Pay: $55,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
Work Location: In person
